Urban Train to the Choliseo | Concert Guide
The Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot — known as the Choliseo — is Puerto Rico’s premier concert and event venue. Hato Rey Station on the Urban Train is about a 3-minute walk away, on the same Avenida Arterial B.
Skip the traffic and the $20–40 event parking. On concert nights ATI also extends the train service until 1:30 AM.
How to get to the Choliseo by Urban Train
- Take the Urban Train toward Sagrado Corazón.
- Get off at Hato Rey Station, the second-to-last stop before the Sagrado Corazón terminus.
- Leave the station and walk about 3 minutes south along Avenida Arterial B. It is just over 200 metres.
- The Choliseo (Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot, 500 Ave. Arterial B) is the round building ahead of you.

Urban Train schedule on concert nights
When there is a concert or a major event at the Choliseo, ATI extends Urban Train service until 1:30 AM instead of the usual 11:30 PM, so the train can carry the crowd leaving the venue.

Bus services are usually adjusted too: during the July 2025 concert residency, ATI also extended routes 3, 10 and 35 from 5:00 PM until 1:30 AM, with an added detour to the Convention Center.

Best Park & Ride options for the Choliseo
Hato Rey Station has no parking of its own. The stations with free parking are Bayamón, Jardines, Torrimar, Martínez Nadal, San Francisco and Cupey. For the Choliseo, the most practical ones are:
- Martínez Nadal (1,007 spaces) — 14 min by train. Best for availability at big events.
- Cupey (297 spaces) — 10 min by train. Good if coming from the south.
- San Francisco (519 spaces) — the immediate fallback on that same stretch if Martínez Nadal fills up.
Deportivo and Río Piedras also have parking, but paid: the municipal car park and the one at Plaza de la Convalecencia respectively.
Event parking around the Choliseo costs $20–40. The train is free of charge right now, and will be $1.50 once fare collection resumes.
