How to Get from Paseo de Diego
A 4-minute walk: from the north exit of the station (stairs toward Avenida Ponce de León), walk east along Calle Robles for 300 meters to the Paseo de Diego intersection.
This four-block pedestrian way houses traditional shops, pharmacies, local restaurants and the iconic Plaza del Mercado de Río Piedras.
How to Get from Plaza del Mercado
A 5-minute walk: from Plaza del Mercado de Río Piedras, walk west along the pedestrian walkway to Calle Robles, turn right (north) and walk 150 meters to the station entrance on Avenida Ponce de León.

Bus Connections (AMA)
According to ATI’s official itinerary, no AMA (Autoridad Metropolitana de Autobuses) route has its own stop at Río Piedras station.

Schedule and Frequency
The Urban Train runs every day of the year, and Río Piedras Station follows the same schedule as the rest of the line: 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM, with trains every 8–12 minutes at peak times.
