Frequency: every 50 minutes Monday to Friday, every 80 minutes on Saturdays and every 70 minutes on public holidays.

⚠️ It is the Cupey route with the widest operating hours. On weekdays it runs until 9:00 p.m., whereas routes 15, 17 and 18 finish between 8:00 and 8:30. In exchange, its frequency is low: almost an hour between buses. No Sunday service.

Route 31 only meets the train at one end: Cupey Station. The Las Cumbres area has no station nearby:
